Privacy Policy

• Identity: Full name, date of birth, gender, selfie photo, profile photo, National ID number and photo.
• Contact: Email address, phone number, home address.
• Location: Real-time GPS coordinates during active rides. We do NOT store continuous background location.
• Payment: Mobile money account identifiers (Orange Money, Africell Money), PayPal order IDs. We do NOT store card numbers or full mobile money PINs.
• Ride data: Pickup/drop-off addresses, trip history, fares, ratings, and reviews.
• Nest: Nest balance, transaction history, escrow balances for scheduled rides.
• Device: Device model, OS version, IP address, crash logs.
• Emergency contacts: Names and phone numbers provided during KYC registration.

• Match passengers with available drivers.
• Process payments and provide trip receipts.
• Verify your identity and prevent fraud and duplicate accounts.
• Send ride notifications, safety alerts, and service updates via SMS and in-app.
• Provide real-time navigation and route guidance during rides.
• Enable trip sharing with trusted contacts for safety.
• Improve app performance through anonymised analytics.
• Comply with Sierra Leone laws and regulatory requirements.
• Respond to customer support requests.

We share your data only as follows:

• Drivers/Passengers: Your first name, photo, and vehicle details are shared between matched ride parties for safety identification.
• Payment providers: Orange Money, Africell Money, PayPal — only the minimum required to process a transaction.
• Emergency services: Location and ride details may be shared with Sierra Leone emergency services if SOS is triggered.
• Google services: Google Maps for navigation, Google Calendar for scheduled ride reminders, Google Sheets for accounting logs.
• Legal obligations: We may disclose data to comply with applicable Sierra Leone law or valid government requests.
• We do NOT sell your personal data to third parties.

Location is collected only while the app is in use during an active ride or when you open the map. We use GPS data to: route drivers, show arrival estimates, and enable SOS. Location data is not used for advertising. Drivers' locations are visible to matched passengers only during an active ride.

The app uses your camera for:

• Profile photo capture (required for all accounts for safety verification).
• Face verification during login for account security.
• Government ID document upload during onboarding.
• Police clearance document upload (drivers, 30-day grace period).

Photos are stored securely and used solely for identity verification and safety.

• Ride history: retained for 3 years for legal compliance.
• KYC documents (ID photos, selfies, profile photos): retained for 5 years as required by Sierra Leone financial regulations.
• Account data: retained until account deletion request is processed.
• Nest transaction records: retained for 7 years for financial compliance.
• Anonymised analytics: retained indefinitely.

We employ industry-standard security measures including TLS encryption in transit, hashed storage of sensitive fields, rate limiting, intrusion detection, and regular security audits. However, no system is 100% secure. Please protect your OTP and mobile money PIN — E4Eazy will NEVER ask for them.

You may: access your personal data, request corrections, request deletion (subject to legal retention requirements), withdraw consent at any time, and lodge a complaint. Contact: privacy@salonenest.com.

E4Eazy is not intended for users under 18 years of age. Age is verified through National ID during mandatory KYC onboarding. See our Child Safety Policy for full details.

• Orange Money SL: Mobile money payments.
• Africell Money SL: Mobile money payments.
• PayPal: International wallet top-ups for diaspora users.

Each provider has its own privacy policy governing data they collect directly.

We will notify you via in-app notification of material changes. Continued use after notice constitutes acceptance.
